The house

A small collection, kept properly

GHLThemeVault holds 15 GoHighLevel builds. Not a marketplace, not a library that grows every week, and not a front for a subscription. Fifteen builds, four drawers, $988 to $2,388, each one configured for a specific trade and catalogued under a shelf mark so it can be talked about precisely.

Why the name says themes and the shelves say snapshots

The domain is a brand, not a description. Nothing here is a theme file, a page template or a design pack. What is on the shelves is GoHighLevel snapshots: working configurations of a sub-account, with the funnels, workflows, pipelines, calendars and campaigns already built and wired to each other.

Why fifteen, and not fifty

Because every one of them has to be written, wired, tested and answered for. A catalogue of fifty is a catalogue nobody has read since the day it was made, and the tell is always the same: the same paragraph under every product with a noun swapped. Fifteen is the number we can keep honest.

That is a choice about capacity, not a scarcity tactic. There is no edition number, no waiting list, nothing counting down, and no build that will be withdrawn to make you hurry. If we add a sixteenth it will be because a trade asked for it enough times.

What a shelf mark is

Each record carries a reference like A-01 or C-04: the drawer it sits in, and its position in that drawer. It is a filing convention, so that a conversation about a build can be precise. It is not a serial number, an edition, or a claim about how long anything has existed.

Things this site will not do

  • Publish a review nobody wrote. The review wall is built and every box in it is visibly marked as a placeholder until a real buyer fills it. No star rating is published in search results on the strength of invented text.
  • Count what ships. You will not find a tally of workflows or funnels anywhere here. A counted figure is a promise the delivered account has to match, and we would rather describe what is in a build than publish a number nobody has checked.
  • Quote a result we have not measured. The two performance figures that appear on this site — around 70% no-show recovery, and five to ten reviews a month — are what the system is built to target. Every other number on a record is a worked example with its assumptions printed next to it.
  • Hide the terms until after payment. The sale is final once the order exists and the link is sent. That sits on every product page, on the cart and on the checkout, above the button rather than under it.

Who is behind it

A small team that builds and installs GoHighLevel systems for a living, which is why the services list is four items rather than twenty. We answer written enquiries the same working day, and orders are released inside a 24-business-hour release window — business hours are 9am to 5pm central, monday to friday. nothing is released at a weekend.

GHLThemeVault is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of HighLevel Inc.
