What this site knows about you

The short version

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker. Nothing follows you off it. What is stored in your own browser is your lighting and seal choice, your accessibility switches, what is in your order, and the fact that you answered the cookie notice. None of that is sent anywhere.

Stored in your browser only

• tv:theme, tv:seal — how the site looks to you.
• tv:motion, tv:a11y:* — your accessibility switches.
• tv:release — the ids and quantities in your release. No prices, no personal details.
• tv:consent — that you answered the notice, and when.

Clearing your site data removes all of it. Nothing here identifies you.

When you write to us

The contact form sends your name, email, business name and message to our CRM (GoHighLevel) and to an internal notification channel, so a person can answer. It is used to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. It is not sold, and it is not added to a marketing list unless you tick the box asking for that.

When you buy

Payment is taken by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe and never touch this site or our servers. Stripe tells us the payment succeeded, the amount, and the billing email and address you gave them.

On a confirmed payment we record the order in our CRM: your name, email, business, what you bought, the total, the order reference, whether you took installation, and the date. It is how the build gets sent to you and how we can answer a question about it later.

A checkout that is not completed writes nothing. A test order on a deployment without live payment keys writes nothing at all.

Who else sees it

• Stripe — payment processing.
• GoHighLevel — our CRM, where orders and enquiries are recorded.
• Cloudflare — hosting and network protection for this site.

Nobody else. There is no data broker, no advertising network, and no list rental.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept while there is a business reason to have them — support, accounting and tax. Enquiries that go nowhere are cleared out periodically.

Asking us to delete it

Write to hello@ghlthemevault.com and say what you want removed. We will do it, other than records we are required to keep for accounting.
