1. What you are buying

A licence to use a GoHighLevel snapshot: a copy of a configured sub-account that you load into a sub-account under your own GoHighLevel agency. You are not buying software, a hosted service, or GoHighLevel itself. A current GoHighLevel account is required and is billed by them, not by us.

2. Delivery

Every order is released inside a 24-business-hour release window. Business hours are 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday. Nothing is released at a weekend. An order placed on a Friday evening is released during the following week, not over the weekend.

What is released: 1 GoHighLevel snapshot share link and 1 installation PDF, written step by step. Delivery is by email, by hand, from a person.

3. All sales are final

All sales are final. The moment the order exists and the share link leaves us, the snapshot is in your hands and cannot be returned — so the order is non-refundable from that point. You will see this on the product page, in the cart and on the checkout, before you pay, not after.

This is stated on every product page, in the cart and on the checkout, above the payment button. If it was not clear to you before you paid, write to us and we will deal with it on the facts rather than hiding behind this clause.

4. Installation

Installation is optional and costs $225. It buys 8 hours of installation work, to be used within 11 days of purchase. Once those hours are used, or the window closes, further work is quoted separately. We do not sell an open-ended support period and no clause here should be read as one.

Included: Loading the snapshot into your sub-account; Rebranding the website that comes with it; A2P / 10DLC registration and setup; Domain email set up inside GoHighLevel; A few extra automations where your build needs them.

Never included, on any package, at any price: third-party integrations, third-party software, custom software development. Those are quoted separately or handled by a virtual assistant.

5. Licence and resale

You may load a build into sub-accounts you own or operate, including sub-accounts you run on behalf of your own clients. You may modify it freely.

You may not pass on the share link, resell the snapshot as a product, list it in a marketplace, or distribute it as your own work. The licence is for use, not redistribution.

Builds are not exclusive. The same snapshot may be sold to another business, including one near you. If exclusivity matters, ask about a custom build before ordering.

6. What we do not promise

No result is guaranteed. The two performance figures used on this site — around 70% no-show recovery, and five to ten reviews a month — describe what the system is built to target, not what it has been measured to deliver for you. Every other figure on a product page is a worked example with its assumptions printed beside it.

Running costs — calls, texts, AI usage — are billed by GoHighLevel against your own account at their rates. Carrier registration timing (A2P/10DLC) is decided by the carriers.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what the system says on your behalf: consent for the contacts you message, compliance with the rules of your trade and jurisdiction, and the accuracy of the content you put into the build. We can advise on cadence and sequencing; we are not your lawyer or your compliance officer.
