Work we do
GoHighLevel virtual assistant
A trained GoHighLevel VA who works inside your account: building workflows, cleaning pipelines, chasing the integrations we do not do ourselves, and answering the questions your team keeps asking.
Timing Cover starts on an agreed date, and the first week is spent reading your account rather than changing it.
What is in scope
Covered by this
- Building and amending workflows, triggers and campaigns inside your sub-accounts
- Pipeline and tag hygiene: merging duplicates, fixing stage logic, retiring dead automations
- The third-party integration work that installation deliberately excludes, done by hand where an API allows it
- Loading and rebranding further snapshots as you take on more clients
- Working the dormant list by hand: segmenting it, writing the sequence and pacing the send so a sending reputation survives it
- Answering your team on the questions they would otherwise ask you
What you end up with
- A named person, not a ticket queue
- An agreed weekly cadence and a written log of what changed in the account
- Escalation to a developer when something genuinely needs code, quoted before it starts
Not covered
- Custom software development — that is a build, not a VA task
- Anything requiring your agency-level credentials
- Work in platforms we have not agreed to cover
Quoted separately. Saying so up front is cheaper for both of us.
Why this page exists
Installation excludes third-party integrations, third-party software and custom development. That exclusion has to lead somewhere, or it is just a way of saying no. It leads here: a person who can do the connective work by hand, and who can tell you when a job genuinely needs a developer instead.
What a good week looks like
A workflow that was firing twice gets fixed on Monday. Two hundred duplicate contacts get merged on Tuesday. A new sub-account gets a snapshot loaded and rebranded on Wednesday. On Friday you get a written list of what changed, which is the part most VA arrangements never produce.
Where the limit is
A VA is not a developer and pretending otherwise costs you money. When a job needs code — a real integration against an API with authentication and error handling — it gets quoted as a build, with a scope you approve first.
Questions about this service
What is a GoHighLevel VA?
A GoHighLevel VA is a trained assistant who works directly inside your GHL account doing the platform work an agency owner should not be doing personally: building workflows, tidying pipelines, loading snapshots and chasing integrations. They are not a general admin who happens to have a login.
Is this the same as installation?
No. Installation is a fixed job with a fixed price and a defined end. A VA is ongoing cover for the work that keeps arriving after the build is live.
Do I need one if I bought a snapshot?
Most buyers do not. A snapshot is designed to run without a person behind it. The VA matters when you are running several sub-accounts, or when integration work keeps getting deferred because nobody owns it.
Can the VA talk to my clients?
Only if you ask for it in writing and set the boundaries. By default they work in the account and report to you, because a VA answering your client under your brand is a decision you should make deliberately.
What if I only need a few hours?
Then say so and we will quote the job rather than the month. A retainer that goes unused is not a service, it is a subscription.
The other two
$225 one-off, per snapshot
Snapshot installation, done by us
We load the snapshot into your GoHighLevel sub-account, rebrand the website it ships with, register A2P/10DLC and set up your domain email inside the platform.
$650 from, quoted per job
Integrations and custom build
The work every installation on this site explicitly excludes: connecting GoHighLevel to the software you already run, and building the piece that does not exist yet.
