Questions, answered plainly

Every answer here starts with the answer. If one of them reads like a hedge, tell us and we will rewrite it — a question we dodge in writing is one we will have to answer on the phone anyway.

What is a GoHighLevel snapshot?

A GoHighLevel snapshot is a copy of a fully configured sub-account — its funnels, workflows, pipelines, calendars, custom fields and campaigns — that can be loaded into a different account and start running there. It is not a theme, a template pack or a set of design files: it is the working configuration of a business system.

What do I actually receive when I buy?

Two things: 1 GoHighLevel snapshot share link and 1 installation PDF, written step by step. The link loads the build into a sub-account on your own GoHighLevel agency, and the PDF is the written path through doing that yourself.

How quickly is it sent?

A 24-business-hour release window applies to every order. Business hours are 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday. Nothing is released at a weekend. Delivery is by hand rather than by an automatic download, which is why it is a window and not a click.

Do I need a GoHighLevel account already?

Yes. A snapshot loads into a sub-account on an existing GoHighLevel agency account, so you need one before the link is any use. If you do not have one yet, say so when you order and we will tell you what to set up first rather than sending you a link you cannot open.

Is installation included?

No, and that is deliberate. Every build ships ready to self-install with a written guide, and installation by us is an optional add-on at $225, which buys 8 hours of installation work, to be used within 11 days of purchase.

What does paid installation cover?

Loading the snapshot into your sub-account; Rebranding the website that comes with it; A2P / 10DLC registration and setup; Domain email set up inside GoHighLevel; A few extra automations where your build needs them. Not included on any package, at any price: third-party integrations, third-party software, custom software development — those are quoted separately or handled by a virtual assistant.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. The moment the order exists and the share link leaves us, the snapshot is in your hands and cannot be returned — so the order is non-refundable from that point. You will see this on the product page, in the cart and on the checkout, before you pay, not after.

How many snapshots are in the vault?

15, and that is the whole collection. There is no hidden tier and no private list: what is on the catalogue page is what exists.

Can I resell a snapshot to my own clients?

You can load a build into sub-accounts you run for your clients, which is what most agency buyers do. You cannot pass the share link on, resell the snapshot as a product, or list it as your own — the licence is for use, not for redistribution.

Will the same snapshot be sold to my competitor?

Possibly, and we will not pretend otherwise. These are catalogue builds, not exclusive commissions. If exclusivity matters to you, the honest route is a custom build, which is a different conversation and a different price.

Do the AI parts cost extra to run?

Yes, indirectly. Calls, texts and AI usage are billed by GoHighLevel against your own account at their rates, not ours. The snapshot is the configuration; the running costs sit where your other platform usage already does.

What if I want something changed before I buy?

Ask before ordering rather than after. Small changes to a build are usually straightforward and are quoted as work; once the link is sent the order is final, so the time to raise it is beforehand.

About the services

Installation

Do I have to buy installation?

No. Every snapshot ships with a share link and a written install guide, and plenty of buyers never speak to us. This exists because some people would rather spend $225 than an evening.

Installation

How many hours of work does this include?

8 hours, to be used within 11 days of purchase. Once the hours are spent or the window closes, further work is quoted separately — we do not sell an open-ended support period.

GHL VA

What is a GoHighLevel VA?

A GoHighLevel VA is a trained assistant who works directly inside your GHL account doing the platform work an agency owner should not be doing personally: building workflows, tidying pipelines, loading snapshots and chasing integrations. They are not a general admin who happens to have a login.

GHL VA

Is this the same as installation?

No. Installation is a fixed job with a fixed price and a defined end. A VA is ongoing cover for the work that keeps arriving after the build is live.

Integrations

Why is this not included in installation?

Because it is unbounded. Loading a snapshot is a known job; connecting an arbitrary third-party system is a project whose size depends entirely on the other system. Bundling the two would mean either overcharging every buyer or underdelivering on this one.

Integrations

What does it cost?

From $650, and the honest answer is that it depends on the other end. Two systems with clean, documented APIs is a small job. One system with a fragile export and no webhooks is not.
