Three services, and no more than three
A services page nobody staffs is worse than no page at all. These are the three jobs we answer for, in the order they usually come up: getting a build in, keeping it running and maintained, and the connective work that installation deliberately leaves out.
Snapshot prices never fall below $850. Service prices are quoted on their own terms and are not part of that floor.
Snapshot installation, done by us
We load the snapshot into your GoHighLevel sub-account, rebrand the website it ships with, register A2P/10DLC and set up your domain email inside the platform.
- Importing the snapshot into the sub-account you nominate, on your own agency account
- Rebranding the website that ships with the build: name, logo, colours, contact details, service pages
- A2P / 10DLC brand and campaign registration, and the follow-through when a carrier asks a question
GoHighLevel virtual assistant
A trained GoHighLevel VA who works inside your account: building workflows, cleaning pipelines, chasing the integrations we do not do ourselves, and answering the questions your team keeps asking.
- Building and amending workflows, triggers and campaigns inside your sub-accounts
- Pipeline and tag hygiene: merging duplicates, fixing stage logic, retiring dead automations
- The third-party integration work that installation deliberately excludes, done by hand where an API allows it
Integrations and custom build
The work every installation on this site explicitly excludes: connecting GoHighLevel to the software you already run, and building the piece that does not exist yet.

- Webhook plumbing in both directions, with retries and a place errors are actually visible
- Small custom applications where no integration exists and a workflow cannot cover it

It never covers third-party integrations, third-party software or custom development, on any package at any price.
That exclusion has to lead somewhere or it is just a way of saying no. It leads to theVA for ongoing hands, and tointegrations and custom buildfor the jobs that need a developer and a scope you approve first.
