The right time to ask is before you order
The sale is final once the order exists and the link is sent, which makes the question you ask beforehand worth more than any support you could buy afterwards. If none of the 15 builds fits what you do, we would rather say so than sell you the nearest one.
- Written enquiries are answered the same working day, 9am to 5pm Central.
- Orders are released inside a 24-business-hour release window. Business hours are 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday. Nothing is released at a weekend.

- We do not publish a phone number, because there is nobody sitting at one and a number that rings out is worse than no number.
Questions worth asking before you buy
- Will this work on the sub-account I already have data in?
- My trade is not in the four drawers — is one of these close enough, or not?
- What would this look like on my calendar and my numbers specifically?
- Can I see the build before I pay for it?
- Is the integration I need part of installation, or a separate quote?
All five have honest answers, and two of them are sometimes “no”.
