Work we do

Snapshot installation, done by us

We load the snapshot into your GoHighLevel sub-account, rebrand the website it ships with, register A2P/10DLC and set up your domain email inside the platform.

Timing Work begins once you send sub-account access. A2P/10DLC review is carrier-controlled and is the only part of this we cannot put a clock on.

What is in scope

Covered by this

  • Importing the snapshot into the sub-account you nominate, on your own agency account
  • Rebranding the website that ships with the build: name, logo, colours, contact details, service pages
  • A2P / 10DLC brand and campaign registration, and the follow-through when a carrier asks a question
  • Domain email set up inside GoHighLevel so sending is authenticated rather than spoofed
  • A few extra automations where your build genuinely needs them, agreed before we start

What you end up with

  • A working sub-account with the snapshot loaded, not a share link sitting in your inbox
  • The rebranded website live on the domain or subdomain you point at it
  • A2P/10DLC submitted, with the reference numbers handed to you
  • Domain sending verified from inside the platform
  • A short written handover naming everything that was changed from the shipped build

Not covered

  • Third-party integrations
  • Third-party software
  • Custom software development

Quoted separately. Saying so up front is cheaper for both of us.

What you are actually paying for

Four things take time on a snapshot install and none of them are the import itself. The import takes minutes. Rebranding a shipped website so it reads as yours, registering A2P/10DLC and answering the carrier, authenticating your sending domain, and reconciling the build against how you actually work — that is the afternoon. This buys that afternoon.

What we do not touch

We work inside GoHighLevel. Connecting your practice management system, your dispatch software or your accounting stack is a different job with different risk, and it is quoted separately or handled by a VA. Saying so up front is cheaper for both of us than discovering it halfway through.

If you would rather do it yourself

The installation PDF that comes with every snapshot is written to be followed, not to be waved at. It names the order of operations, the custom values you must set before the first workflow runs, and the two places where a snapshot import will quietly overwrite something. Read it before you decide you need us.

Questions about this service

Do I have to buy installation?

No. Every snapshot ships with a share link and a written install guide, and plenty of buyers never speak to us. This exists because some people would rather spend $225 than an evening.

How many hours of work does this include?

8 hours, to be used within 11 days of purchase. Once the hours are spent or the window closes, further work is quoted separately — we do not sell an open-ended support period.

Can you install it on an account that already has data in it?

Yes, and it is the case to talk to us about first. A snapshot loaded over a live sub-account can collide with existing workflows and custom values, so we look before we import.

What access do you need?

A user on the sub-account with admin rights, and nothing at agency level. We do not ask for your agency password and you should not give it to anyone.

Does installation include connecting my other software?

No. Third-party integrations, third-party software and custom development are excluded from installation on every package, and are quoted separately.

The other two

  • $1,150 per month, part-time cover

    GoHighLevel virtual assistant

A trained GoHighLevel VA who works inside your account: building workflows, cleaning pipelines, chasing the integrations we do not do ourselves, and answering the questions your team keeps asking.

  • $650 from, quoted per job

    Integrations and custom build

The work every installation on this site explicitly excludes: connecting GoHighLevel to the software you already run, and building the piece that does not exist yet.
