The GHL Customizer is a self-serve account on a platform that restyles GoHighLevel and adds widgets to it. You log in, choose from 27 themes, 16 login page designs, menus, dashboard and pipeline designs, popups, notifications, calculators and floating widgets, preview them live, and install the result in your agency with one line of code.
Is the GHL Customizer a snapshot?
No. A snapshot copies funnels, workflows and settings into a sub-account. The customizer copies nothing into your account: it changes how GoHighLevel looks and behaves on screen, across the agency view and every sub-account, and it can run alongside any snapshot from this vault or anywhere else.
How quickly do I get access after paying?
Usually within minutes. When Stripe confirms the payment, the account is created automatically and the platform emails your login (email and a temporary password). The promise is within minutes (max 24 hours); if anything fails on the way, a person sets the account up by hand inside that time.
Do you design or install the customizer for me?
No, and that is the point of the price. You get the account and do the customising yourself in a live editor that shows every change before it is published. Installing is one pasted line. If you get stuck, the help documentation and support are there, but we do not build or install it for you.
How is it installed in GoHighLevel?
Paste one script line into Agency Settings → Company → White Label → Custom JS, and one CSS line into the Custom CSS box beside it if you use a login page design. The editor's Get code screen shows both lines with your own key filled in. It takes about 2 minutes, and later changes go live without pasting anything again.
Will it change my contacts, automations or billing?
No. The customizer works on the screen: colours, layout, menus, login page, dashboard and board styling, plus the widgets you switch on. Your contacts, pipelines, workflows and HighLevel billing are untouched, and removing the line returns GoHighLevel to its stock look.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Every package is one-time payment, lifetime access: Vault Silver $227, Vault Gold $527, Vault Platinum $1,097. There is no subscription to cancel and nothing renews.
Which package should an agency start with?
Vault Silver if the goal is the look: themes, UI kits, dark mode and the login page. Vault Gold if your team and clients work all day in the dashboard, the opportunities board and contact records. What happens when GoHighLevel updates its interface?
The installed line loads the customizer from the platform each time a page opens, so engine updates reach your account without you reinstalling anything. Your saved designs stay in your account, with version history to step back if a change does not suit you.
Can I get a refund?
