The work every installation on this site explicitly excludes: connecting GoHighLevel to the software you already run, and building the piece that does not exist yet.

What is in scope
Covered by this
- Connecting GoHighLevel to a system you already run, where that system has an API worth trusting
- Webhook plumbing in both directions, with retries and a place errors are actually visible
- Small custom applications where no integration exists and a workflow cannot cover it
- Data migration into GoHighLevel from a CRM you are leaving
What you end up with
- A written scope you approve before anything is built
- The working integration, plus documentation of what it assumes and how it fails
- A handover call, and the code or configuration in your possession
Not covered
- Anything that requires access we would not be comfortable granting ourselves
- Integrations against a platform with no supported API, where the only route is scraping
Quoted separately. Saying so up front is cheaper for both of us.
The exclusion this page answers
Every installation package on this site says the same three things are not included: third-party integrations, third-party software and custom software development. That is not a hedge, it is a scope boundary — and this is where the excluded work goes, quoted honestly, on its own terms.
We quote after looking
A fixed price given before anyone has seen the other system is a fiction that one party pays for later. We scope first, quote second, and if the job is not worth doing we say so.
Documentation is part of the deliverable
An integration nobody documented is a liability the first time it breaks at 6pm. What we hand over includes what it assumes about the other system and what it does when that assumption stops being true.
Questions about this service
Why is this not included in installation?
Because it is unbounded. Loading a snapshot is a known job; connecting an arbitrary third-party system is a project whose size depends entirely on the other system. Bundling the two would mean either overcharging every buyer or underdelivering on this one.
What does it cost?
From $650, and the honest answer is that it depends on the other end. Two systems with clean, documented APIs is a small job. One system with a fragile export and no webhooks is not.
Do you build inside GoHighLevel or outside it?
Inside where the platform can do it, outside where it cannot. Forcing a workflow to do a developer's job produces something nobody can maintain.
Can you migrate my old CRM into GoHighLevel?
Usually, and the work is mostly in the mapping rather than the moving. Custom fields, tags and pipeline stages rarely line up between two systems, and deciding what becomes what is a conversation, not a script.
Will you maintain it afterwards?
If you want that, take it as part of the VA cover. A build handed over with no owner degrades the moment the other end changes its API.
