Handover
Two things arrive. Both of them work.
Every order is released as 1 GoHighLevel snapshot share link and 1 installation PDF, written step by step. The link loads the build into a sub-account on your own GoHighLevel agency; the PDF is the written path through doing that yourself.
We sell installation as well, and we would rather you did not buy it unless you want it. A snapshot that cannot be installed without paying the seller again is not a product, it is a hostage situation. The guide below is the real route, written out in the order the work actually happens.
The self-install path
Six moves, in this order
This is the shape of the PDF, not a teaser for it. The document expands each of these with the screens, the field names and the things that go wrong.
Open the share link on the right account
The link loads into a sub-account under your own GoHighLevel agency. The guide starts by telling you which account to be signed into when you click it, because clicking it from the wrong one is the mistake that costs an hour.
Set the custom values before anything runs
Business name, phone, booking link, service area, the addresses reviews should point at. The workflows read these rather than hard-coded text, so filling them in first is what stops the first test message going out with a placeholder in it.
Rebrand the site that came with it
Logo, colours, contact details, the service pages. The guide names every page and every block that carries something you must change, in the order they appear.
Register A2P / 10DLC and authenticate sending
The part people skip and then wonder why texts do not arrive. The guide walks the registration and says what carriers usually come back and ask for.
Connect the calendar and the numbers
Which calendar each booking workflow writes into, which number sends what, and where the AI receptionist hands over to a person.
Run the two tests that matter
Book yourself in and let the reminder sequence run; then miss the appointment on purpose and watch the recovery call fire. If both behave, the build is in.
If you would rather we did it
The $225 covers
- Loading the snapshot into your sub-account
- Rebranding the website that comes with it
- A2P / 10DLC registration and setup
- Domain email set up inside GoHighLevel
- A few extra automations where your build needs them
8 hours of installation work, to be used within 11 days of purchase. After that, work is quoted.
It never covers
- Third-party integrations
- Third-party software
- Custom software development
On any package, at any price. Those go to integrations and custom build or to a GoHighLevel VA.
Not sure which you need? Describe the job and we will tell you if the answer is “the PDF, honestly”.
Questions about getting it in
Is the PDF a real install path, or a sales pitch for the add-on?
A real path. It is written for somebody who has never loaded a snapshot before, names the order of operations, and calls out the two places an import will quietly overwrite something. If you would rather not spend the evening on it, the add-on exists — but it is a convenience, not a gate.
How long does a self-install take?
The import is minutes. Setting the custom values, rebranding the site and registering A2P is the actual work, and A2P review time is decided by the carriers rather than by us. Plan an evening, not a week.
What exactly does the paid install include?
Loading the snapshot into your sub-account; Rebranding the website that comes with it; A2P / 10DLC registration and setup; Domain email set up inside GoHighLevel; A few extra automations where your build needs them. It buys 8 hours of installation work, to be used within 11 days of purchase, and once those hours are spent or the window closes, further work is quoted.
What is never included?
Third-party integrations, Third-party software, Custom software development — on any package, at any price. Those are quoted separately or handled by a virtual assistant, and saying so up front is cheaper for both of us than finding out halfway through.
Can I buy installation later?
Yes. It is $225 whenever you decide, and plenty of people try it themselves first and then hand over the part they got stuck on.
Do you need my agency login?
No. A user on the sub-account with admin rights is enough. We do not ask for agency-level credentials and you should not hand them to anybody.
