Install the GHL custom JS line, once
To install the GHL Customizer, paste one script line into GoHighLevel at Agency Settings → Company → White Label → Custom JS, and, if you use a login page design, one CSS line into Custom CSS beside it. The editor shows both lines with your key filled in. It takes about 2 minutes, once; every later change goes live without reinstalling.

Copy the line from the editor's Get code screen into Agency Settings → Company → White Label → Custom JS. About 2 minutes, once. Every later change goes live without reinstalling.
The GoHighLevel agency settings custom code, step by step
1. Log in to the editor
Open customizer.ghlcustomercare.com with the email and temporary password from your welcome email, and change the password when asked.
2. Choose your design
Pick a theme, a login design and whatever else your package opens. The preview inside the editor shows GoHighLevel as it will look. Save.
3. Open Get code
The editor shows the script line and, if you chose a login design, the CSS line. Both already contain your key.
4. Paste into GoHighLevel
In your agency, go to Agency Settings → Company → White Label. Paste the script line into Custom JS and the CSS line into Custom CSS. Save.
5. Reload
Open any GoHighLevel page in a fresh tab. The theme is there for the agency view and every sub-account; log out to see the login design.
What the line does, and what it never does
It loads your design
A stylesheet and a small script from the customizer platform, read from your account each time a page opens.
It never reads your data
Contacts, conversations, pipelines and payments stay inside GoHighLevel. The customizer changes how screens are drawn.
It never needs your password
Nobody at the vault or the platform logs in to your agency. You paste the line yourself.
It comes out cleanly
Delete the line, save, reload: GoHighLevel is back to stock with nothing left behind.

Install questions
Where do I paste the GHL custom JS line?
In GoHighLevel, open Agency Settings → Company → White Label, find the Custom JS box, and paste the script line from the editor's Get code screen. Save. The customizer loads on the next page you open, in the agency view and every sub-account.
Do I need the CSS line as well?
Only for a login page design. The login page loads before any script runs, so the login design arrives as one CSS @import line in the Custom CSS box beside it. Everything else comes through the script line.
What is YOUR-KEY in the lines?
A placeholder. Your account has its own key, and the Get code screen in the editor shows both lines with it already filled in, so you copy and paste rather than type.
Do I need agency admin access?
Yes. The White Label settings are agency-level, so whoever pastes the line needs agency admin rights. Sub-account users cannot install it, which also means they cannot remove it.
Do I reinstall when I change the design?
No. The line points at your account, not at one design. Change the theme, a dashboard or a widget in the editor and it goes live on the next page load.
Can I already have custom JS in that box?
Yes. Add the customizer line on its own line next to any script that is already there. If something else restyles the same screens, remove it to avoid two scripts fighting over the look.
How do I remove the customizer?
Delete the line (and the CSS line, if you added it) and save. GoHighLevel returns to its stock look on the next page load; your data was never touched.
Will you install it for me?
No. The packages are self-serve accounts and installing is two pastes. If something does not work, the help documentation and support can point you at the cause, but nobody here logs in to your agency.
