Problem, then outcome
Why the sub-account dashboard matters most
The dashboard is the first screen after login and the one a client checks to see whether the agency is working. Stock, it is a grid of grey cards. A design turns it into a page that greets the client by name, puts their busiest screens one click away, and looks like something the agency made for them.
For a snapshot from this vault the effect is sharper: the follow-up, review and reactivation work is happening, and a designed dashboard is where the client finally sees it.
| As GoHighLevel ships | Once it is set |
|---|---|
| Grey cards and default chart colours | Cards, charts and fonts in a finished design |
| No greeting, no context | A hero with the client name, date and live clock |
| Navigation buried in the sidebar | Quick links to the screens they use most |
| Identical across every agency | One of 18 designs, or Brand Match in your colour |
Dashboards for the vault’s four drawers
Trades (Drawer A)
Emerald Finance or Clean Bento: plain, bright and fast to read on a phone in a van, with quick links to calendars and conversations.
Clinics (Drawer B)
Pastel Sky or Aurora Glass for a softer front-desk screen, with the appointment calendar one tap away.
Advisory (Drawer C)
Slate Minimal or Obsidian Gold for firms that want the account to look as composed as their office.
Growth (Drawer D)
Cyber Grid, Midnight Neon or a photo design like City Nights for agencies whose clients expect something with energy.

Paste one line into GoHighLevel
Copy the line from the editor's Get code screen into Agency Settings → Company → White Label → Custom JS. About 2 minutes, once. Every later change goes live without reinstalling.
GoHighLevel dashboard questions
Can you customise the GoHighLevel dashboard?
Yes. The customizer’s dashboard designer restyles the sub-account dashboard GoHighLevel already has: a greeting hero with a live clock, quick links, card styles, chart colours and the canvas behind it. There are 18 finished designs to start from, and your widgets and data stay exactly as they are.
What do the dashboard designs change?
The look of the dashboard page: the hero banner, card shape and shadow, chart palette, fonts, background (solid, gradient or photo) and the quick links row. The reporting widgets themselves, and the numbers in them, are GoHighLevel’s and are untouched.
Is there a dashboard design that matches my brand automatically?
Yes. Brand Match builds itself from your theme’s primary colour, which is why it is the vault’s default in the preview above: change the theme and the dashboard follows.
Are there dark and photo dashboards?
9 are light, 3 are dark and 6 use a photo backdrop such as Northern Lights or City Nights. Any of them can be paired with any sidebar theme.
Does every sub-account get the same dashboard?
By default yes, because the design is installed agency-wide. With sub-account self-service, which is also in Vault Gold, a sub-account can choose its own within the limits you allow.
Which package includes the dashboard designer?
Vault Gold ($527) and Vault Platinum. Vault Silver styles the dashboard’s colours through the theme, but the designer and its 18 designs start at Vault Gold.
Will a dashboard design slow down reporting?
No. It is styling applied to the page GoHighLevel already loads. The live clock and particle effects are light, and motion can be turned down in the editor.
Can I edit a design after installing it?
Yes. Change it in the editor and the next page load shows the new design; nothing is reinstalled. Saved designs and version history let you keep a few looks and step back.
